Loft Efficiency Apartment

The charming loft efficiency apartment is especially popular with honeymoon couples. Attached to the main house over the double garage, it has its own separate entrance. It looks out over the tall spruce and pine woods surrounding the Island House, and its sunny stepout balcony offers a glimpse of Beech Mountain. The skylight over the livingroom/diningroom opens to fresh island breezes.
There is a front corner bedroom with a queen bed and a smaller single bedroom, to comfortably accommodate up to three persons. There is a full bath with tub and shower, an efficiency kitchen, a dining/living area with easy chairs for relaxation and reading, and cable TV. Linens and cooking utensils are provided. A discount of 10% is given if the apartment is rented by the week. The daily rates are: two to three persons -   $150.00
