For a reservation of one night only, the full rental amount is required in advance and within 10 days of the request. For reservations of more than one night, one-half of the total rental amount will be required in advance and within 10 days of the request. In the event that a cancellation is necessary for any reservation, notification must be given at least two weeks prior to the first day of the reservation, and the deposit less a $20.00 service fee will be returned. If notification occurs less than two weeks prior to the first day of the reservation, one-half of the deposit will be returned unless the room can be re-booked for the entire stay. Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. The balance of the rental amount, including a Maine Lodging Tax, will be due upon arrival.
